Abstract Sessions
The ISHLT2025 abstract submission deadline has passed and the submission site is now closed.
- Submitted abstracts undergo thorough peer review from late October to early November.
- In November and December, our Program Planning Committee reconvenes to evaluate and select the best abstracts for presentation in oral, mini oral, and poster sessions.

Symposia Sessions
- Submitted by ISHLT members in June, these sessions undergo a rigorous peer review process in July, conducted by volunteers from our ten Professional Communities.
- Throughout August and September, our dedicated Program Planning Committee carefully evaluates, selects, and refines the most compelling symposia sessions for inclusion.
- In early December the Preliminary Program, featuring detailed information on symposia and general sessions, goes live online.
