Exhibiting Companies Only - Hotel Reservations
Group blocks are permitted for exhibiting companies only. All requests for 10 or more rooms must be submitted in writing. Blocks of 10 or more rooms must be approved by ISHLT, and a sub-block contract with ISHLT will be required. Any request received after Monday, 2 February 2027 will be subject to hotel availability. Email requests should be sent to meetings@ishlt.org.

Contact by any company soliciting as the “official” ISHLT housing company, offering special non-refundable rates at ISHLT conference hotels, and/or requesting credit card information should be considered a scam. All attendees and exhibitors should be aware that no one from ISHLT or ISHLT's Housing company solicits directly by telephone for hotel bookings or special discounts.
