ISHLT has contracted guest rooms at the Hyatt Regency Sydney (ISHLT Headquarters Hotel), conveniently located within walking distance of the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney.

Rooms can be reserved at the ISHLT room rate through 7:59 a.m. US ET / 12:59 p.m. UTC / 11:59 p.m. AEDT on Thursday 11 March, 2027, subject to availability. After 7:59 a.m. US ET / 12:59 p.m. UTC / 11:59 p.m. AEDT on Thursday 11 March, 2027, all unreserved rooms will be released back to the hotel for public sale.

This is the only place to book your housing for the ISHLT 2027 Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions. Contact by any company soliciting as the “official” ISHLT housing company, offering special non-refundable rates at ISHLT conference hotels, and/or requesting credit card information should be considered a scam. All attendees and exhibitors should be aware that no one from ISHLT or ISHLT’s Housing company, ICMS Australasia, solicits directly by telephone for hotel bookings or special discounts. ICMS Australasia is the official housing company of the ISHLT 2027 Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions.

Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of one night’s room, tax and one-time credit card processing fee is required to secure your hotel accommodation booking. The remaining amount for all other nights(s) will be due for payment upon arrival at the hotel via debit or credit card.
Hotel accommodations will not be secured without deposit payment.
Room reservations are subject to availability.
Breakfast is not included.
In-room Wi-Fi is included.

The rates are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Cancellations

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED ON OR AFTER 7:59 a.m. US ET / 12:59 p.m. UTC / 11:59 p.m. AEDT on Thursday 11 March, 2027. Delegates who confirm a hotel accommodation booking with a credit card or full pre-payment and wish to cancel on or after 7:59 a.m. US ET / 12:59 p.m. UTC / 11:59 p.m. AEDT on Thursday 11 March, 2027 are liable for the full cost of their accommodation nights cancelled. Credit Card details or full pre-payments will be held on file as a guarantee of booking and provided to the hotel. No shows or late cancellations will be charged to the credit card on file. To cancel your reservation, please contact ISHLT's Official Housing Company, ICMS Australasia at kyahf@icmsaust.com.au. Name changes to a reservation can be made at no charge.

Hotel Check-In and Check-out

Hotel check-in is 15:00. It is possible that your room may not be ready to accommodate an early arrival. Hotel staff will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, however, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate occupation, you can request to reserve and pay for the guest room the night before you arrive. If you wish to take this precaution, please advise the ISHLT's Official Housing Company, ICMS Australasia so they can notify the hotel that your room is required early -- accommodations will be arranged, based on hotel availability.

Check-out is 11:00. Guests requiring special consideration for late check-out should make their request when making reservations. In some cases, rooms may be extended for an additional fee, up to one full night's room and tax.
