ISHLT2026 Roving Reporters

Roving Reporters help cover the scientific content at the Annual Meeting & Scientific Sessions. ISHLT is seeking up to eight early career or trainee members to serve as Roving Reporters, who will share their findings on social media.

Volunteers will be selected to represent each Interdisciplinary Network (IDN). Every effort will be made to select volunteers that encompass the full diversity of the ISHLT, including differences in geography and gender. Early career and trainee members are highly encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Roving Reporter Eligibility & Expectations:
  • Must be an ISHLT member in good standing
  • Roving Reporters will report on three sessions each day of ISHLT2026. The sessions will be pre-selected by ISHLT staff based on the recommendations of the Program Planning Committee.
  • Each Roving Reporter will be expected to create content and post in real time using their own account(s) on at least one of the following platforms:
    • X (Twitter)
    • Bluesky
    • Instagram
    • LinkedIn
  • Each Roving Reporter will be expected to publish at least one ISHLTconnect recap post each day of the conference.
  • Roving Reporters will receive complimentary registration to ISHLT2026 and will be recognized on-site at one of the general sessions.
