Submit Nominations for 2027 Achievement Awards

ISHLT is seeking nominations for the 2027 Lifetime Achievement Award and the 2027 Amanda W. Rowe Distinguished Service Award.
The ISHLT Lifetime Achievement Award is bestowed annually by the Board of Directors on an individual whose lifetime body of work has:
- Made a significant contribution toward improving the care of patients with advanced heart or lung disease
OR - Engaged in pioneering work that improved the care of patients with advanced heart or lung disease
Named after ISHLT's long term Executive Director, the Amanda W. Rowe Distinguished Service Award is focused on non-scientific contributions to ISHLT as an organization, and may be bestowed by the Board of Directors on an individual for sustained, significant and outstanding service to ISHLT and the advancement of its mission.
All nomination forms must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. ET/21:00 UTC on Friday, 15 May, 2026.
