International Collaborations in Thoracic Transplant Research: From Discovery to Global Implementation
12 October, 2026 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET
Thoracic transplant research increasingly relies on international collaboration spanning basic, translational, and clinical research. This joint webinar will highlight how international collaborative networks accelerate innovation, translation, and ultimately improve patient care for patients worldwide. It will provide practical insights for investigators within ISHLT to develop and participate in international collaborations.
The webinar will:
- Highlight the importance of international collaborations across the spectrum of thoracic transplant research within ISHLT
- Discuss how successful international collaborative efforts occurred
- Discuss how collaborative efforts support discovery science, translational research, clinical studies, and implementation.
