This meeting has been endorsed by the Cardio-Thoracic and Vascular Surgery Council of the
American Heart Association.
ISHLT is dedicated to providing education for medical professionals involved in heart and lung transplantation. Because of the rapid advances in the technology of MCS systems, cardiac transplant professionals are in need of opportunities to update their knowledge of these advances.
The goal of this meeting is to review the current status of mechanical circulatory support (MCS) as it pertains to therapy for end-stage cardiac failure.
