ISHLT Invited as Observer to European Committee on Organ, Tissues, and Cells

ISHLT is proud to receive observer status to the European Committee on Organ, Tissues, and Cells (CD-P-TO), the steering committee in charge of organ, tissue and cell activities at the Council of Europe.
ISHLT is aligned with the European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines & HealthCare goals of collaboratively providing improved public health, and the Committee’s aims of promoting safe and ethical organ, tissue, and cell donation and transplantation.
As an observer to the CD-P-TO, the ISHLT joins other organizations and professional associations that can contribute on a global scale.
