Applications for four ISHLT research grants are now open. These grants cover a wide range of topics in advanced heart and lung failure:

• ECP immunomodulation in cardiothoracic transplantation
• Innovations in pediatric heart transplantation
• Using molecular biomarkers and AI in heart transplantation
• Support for trainee researchers

These grants will be awarded at ISHLT2026 in Toronto next April and applications will be accepted until 20 January, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET / 21 January, 2026 at 03:59 UTC.
