The Society welcomes you back for another year of advancing the science and standards of care for advanced heart and lung disease. And this year, ISHLT has reduced dues for Trainee members by up to 70%, removing barriers to participation and investing in the future of our field.

HOW TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP
1. Visit members.ishlt.org and log in.
2. Go to the Overview tab.
3. Pay your 2026 membership dues to complete your renewal.
