A new community on ISHLTconnect is now open to ISHLT members. The  ISHLT ACHD-HF Special Interest Group is open to all ISHLT members with a special interest in adult congenital heart disease and heart failure. The ACHD-HF community will use this forum to collaborate internationally and address the unique clinical challenges of ACHD-HF care. This includes community engagement, advocacy, data collection, and knowledge dissemination.

Follow these steps to join the ISHLT ACHD-HF Special Interest Group on ISHLTconnect:

1. Click here and log in to your ISHLT account
2. On your profile, select Account
3. Scroll down to find the option “Participate in ISHLT ACHD-HF Special Interest Group” and click inside the square to check the box
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save
5. Please allow 24 hours to be added to the ISHLTconnect group so the system can update.
