ISHLT and ICA Release CTEPH Conference Proceedings in JHLT
In collaboration with the International CTEPH Association (ICA), the ISHLT has published the proceedings of the most recent International CTEPH Conference (ICC) as a standalone digital supplement to The Journal of Heart and Lung Transplantation (JHLT).
The supplement, which includes two 54 conference abstracts and two new review articles, is part of an ongoing collaboration between ISHLT and ICA. In April 2025, the two societies co-hosted a joint CTEPH conference at ISHLT2025 to discuss the latest developments in addressing the treatment of this difficult to diagnose disease.
ISHLT and ICA are both dedicated to improving the treatment of patients with CTEPH worldwide. Joint efforts like these help increase communication and spark collaborations that further research and clinical innovations in treating the disease.
