As the ISHLT gets ready for another exciting year of groundbreaking symposia, ISHLT members can play a pivotal role in evaluating the quality and diversity of the ISHLT2026 program. Your expertise and insights are crucial, and the Program Planning Committee is seeking a robust reviewer pool that reflects the varied perspectives within the ISHLT community. 

If you’re interested in getting involved, apply to serve as an ISHLT2026 Symposium Proposal Reviewer by Wednesday, 11 June at 9:00 a.m. ET/13:00 UTC.

Please note: If you plan to submit a symposium proposal for consideration, please refrain from applying to serve as a Symposium Proposal Reviewer for ISHLT2026.

Review Period:

The symposium proposal review period is Monday, 7 July through Monday, 21 July. Reviewers will have two weeks to review a maximum of 20 symposium proposals.

In order to serve as a Symposium Proposal Reviewer, you must:

  • Be an ISHLT member in good standing
  • Not be an owner or employee of an ACCME-defined ineligible company
  • Not submit a symposium proposal
  • Be available and have reliable access to the internet from 7-21 July

Next Steps:

To ensure ample time for collecting Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosures and to facilitate a thorough review process, submit your application by Wednesday, 11 June at 9:00 a.m. ET/13:00 UTC.
