Preliminary ProgramAt this interactive event, those wrapping up their training in advanced heart and lung failure will learn skills for getting started with a job in transplant or research, with global perspectives from those at different phases of their career. This course provides a unique opportunity to learn from experienced faculty, connect with fellow trainees, and develop the skills and relationships essential for a thriving career in the field.
This program is designed for trainees across all disciplines involved in the care of patients with advanced heart or advanced lung disease who are seeking practical, non-scientific guidance on launching and advancing their careers.
All registrants for the ISHLT Trainee Workshop will be reimbursed for one night hotel stay. Additional information and instructions on how to request reimbursement will be provided to workshop attendees after the 2026 Annual Meeting.
