The Advocacy Committee improves access to care and patient outcomes by advancing ISHLT’s role as a trusted, globally relevant voice on policy and practice in advanced heart and lung disease. The committee proactively identifies and advances high-impact priorities through partnerships and coalition work, while responding selectively to incoming advocacy requests aligned with the Society’s mission.
