The ISHLT Early Career and Trainee Committee wants your ideas! If you’re actively training in heart and lung transplantation, advanced heart and lung disease, or mechanical circulatory support—or in your first six years of a post-training role in these areas—you’re welcome to this interactive discussion.Date: 2 September, 2025

The Committee wants to hear how ISHLT can best serve and support colleagues in the early stages of careers in heart and lung transplantation. Through group discussion, a question and answer period, and a text chat, attendees will be invited to share their thoughts on what ISHLT can do to improve their day to day and secure a better future for emerging practitioners in heart and lung failure and transplantation.
Come with ideas, or just an open mind, to join the discussion. The forum is free and open to members and nonmembers alike, but registration is required.
