After 20 March, all unreserved rooms will be released back to the hotels for public sale.

Exhibiting Companies Only - Hotel Reservations

Online booking access for ISHLT2026 hotels will be available beginning in December 2025. Group blocks are permitted for exhibiting companies only. All requests for 10 or more rooms must be submitted in writing. Blocks of 10 or more rooms must be approved by ISHLT, a sub-block contract with ISHLT will be required Any request received after Monday, 2 February 2026 will be subject to hotel availability.
