Once the app is installed, search for ISHLT to get this year's meeting app. Make sure you log in to the app with the email address used when registering for ISHLT2025. If you are unsure which email address you used, or if you are not able to log in, email to registration@ishlt.org.
Badge Pick Up
When you get on site, your first order of business should be to pick up your badge. You’ll need this to access educational sessions, the exhibit hall, and any ISHLT2025 event.
To get your badge, enter the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center and follow the signs to proceed to the Registration Desk located in the Prefunction Hallway outside Hall C on Level 2. At the convention center, you will need to go through security and magnetometers. Please avoid bringing larger bags.
