Early Career Scavenger Hunt

Make a plan to attend all the early career events at ISHLT2025 and join the hunt!

Calling all early professionals and trainees attending ISHLT2025! Join the ISHLT2025 Early Career & Trainee Scavenger Hunt in Boston. Attend the exciting events taking place specifically for early career attendees and capture the moment to have the chance to win special ISHLT merch.

Winners of the ISHLT merch will be selected randomly and notified by 8:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, 29 April.

Eligibility

Participants of the ISHLT2025 Early Career Scavenger Hunt must:

  1. Be an early career professional (completed training < 6 years ago) or trainee
  2. Send ONE (1) email to ISHLTscavengerhunt@gmail.com with ALL the mission photos attached by 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, 28 April.

Complete FOUR (4) of the following five missions below for a chance to win an ISHLT-branded YETI tumbler.

Capture a selfie at the Early Career & Trainee Welcome Reception on Saturday, 26 April 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. in Room 206.

Take a selfie or snap a photo of the screen at the Early Career Symposium (SYMPOSIUM 13) on Sunday, 27 April 1:15 – 2:30 p.m. in Room 312.

Capture a selfie with a mentor or capture a photo of the screen at the Early Career Mentor Meetup on Sunday, 27 April 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. in Room 210.

Take a selfie with a poster presenter or snap a photo of your favorite poster in the Poster Hall located in Hall C on Level 2 of the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center.

Make a post on social media about the meeting using the hashtags #ISHLT2025 and #ISHLTEarlyCareer. Upload a screenshot of your post.
