The ISHLT2026 Mobile App is supported by
Have the meeting in palm of your hand by downloading the mobile app for ISHLT2026, supported by Abbott.
Click the buttons below to download the ISHLT2026 app for your mobile device. You are looking for an app called Floq by Conference Compass in your device's app store.
Once the app is installed, the ISHLT2026 logo should appear at the top of the homepage screen. Tap the ISHLT2026 logo artwork to proceed, then tap the “Install” button to download app content.
The app will prompt you to enter a password. Enter “abbott” (Note: this is case sensitive) and tap OK.
The app will prompt you to sign in. Tap “Sign in with email” and you can create a Floq account by inputting a few details about yourself. You'll receive an email from noreply@email.floq.live with instructions to verify your email address. Follow these steps to verify your email address. Remember to check your spam folder in case the email lands there.
Need additional support?
Tap the “More” option in the bottom menu of the app. Scroll all the way down and tap “Need app help?” This section includes some information about the mobile app that may be helpful. You can also access attendee FAQs provided by the app software developer at any time.
Help is also available on site. Stop by the Mobile App Help Desk on the 600 Level of the South Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre—right by registration.

To update your profile, tap on the circle in the upper right hand of the app with your initials, then tap the “View and edit your profile” text that appears just under your name. On the next screen, tap “Edit my profile” to be taken to a screen where you can edit your name, organization, job title, and other contact information.
Note that these changes will not write back to your ISHLT account. If you wish to make them apply to your entire ISHLT profile, send an email to support@ishlt.org.
To manage your privacy settings, tap on the circle in the upper right hand of the app with your initials (or your photo if you added one). Then tap the Settings option in the menu that appears.
You can toggle “Visible in attendees list” on or off to change if you appear to other attendees.
You can toggle “Allow new conversations and appointments” to choose whether other attendees can send you requests to chat or make appointments.
Be sure to hit the “Save” button when done to make these settings stick.
