Scientific Program


 
The Preliminary Program for the 43rd ISHLT Annual Meeting & Scientific Sessions is now available! This year’s sessions have been designed to highlight the interdisciplinary nature of ISHLT while encouraging cross-collaboration among its Professional Communities (PCs). The program showcases the latest scientific advances and groundbreaking research presentations, and includes full symposia session details, including session descriptions, talk titles, and faculty.

The 2023 program features three General (Plenary) Sessions and more than 120 symposia and abstract sessions scheduled throughout the meeting. Use the Online Program Viewer to search for sessions, invited lectures, and topics, or filter content by core therapy and professional specialy, making it easier than ever to view scientific content relevant to your interests. Abstract sessions will be available to browse in January, with abstracts embargoed until 1 March.

Call for Abstracts

  •   In November - December, the 2023 Program Planning Committee will review, evaluate and select the abstracts for inclusion in the ISHLT2023 Scientific Program.
  •   By 16 December, all Presenting Authors of submitted abstracts will be notified via email on the outcome of their abstract submission.
  •   On 30 December, presenting authors of all accepted abstracts will receive a presentation invitation including presentation date, session assignment, and presentation format.
