The ISHLT Monograph Series is an annual hardcover publication of the Society that provides in-depth coverage of the current state of knowledge of a specific topic relevant to heart and lung transplantation and/or end stage heart and lung disease.

Volume 1: Mechanical Circulatory Support was published in September 2006. Volume 2: Pediatric Heart Transplantation was published in April 2008.
