ISHLT has contracted guest rooms at several hotels within walking distance of the John B. Hynes Convention Center.
You can now
book a hotel for the ISHLT 42nd Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions! Rooms are available for attendees and exhibitors, and can be reserved at the ISHLT room rate from now through
Monday, 28 March, 2022, subject to availability. After 28 March, all unreserved rooms will be released back to the hotels for public sale and discounted rates will no longer be available.
CORPORATE GROUP HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Corporate group blocks may be made by exhibiting companies only. Any request for 10 or more rooms must be submitted in writing to ISHLT Meetings and Industry Partnerships Manager Lisa Collins at
lisa.collins@ishlt.org and approved by ISHLT. A sub-block contract with ISHLT will be required for group reservations of 10 or more rooms.

All hotels are located just over 3 miles from
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). The airport is accessible via taxi (approximately $35 USD each way).

COVID-19 VACCINE AND TESTING REQUIREMENTS AND TRAVELERS PROHIBITED FROM ENTRY INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
- ► If you are travelling from outside the United States, be sure to check the US Department of State International Travel information for the most up to date information on COVID testing requirements to enter the country.
- ► Check with your airline for your country of origin’s COVID vaccine and testing requirements to depart and re-enter the country.
- ► The CDC Travel Site also contains the most up to date information regarding travel to the United States, including COVID-19 vaccine and testing, mask requirements, and travelers prohibited from entry into the country.
VISA WAIVER PROGRAM
The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) enables most citizens or nationals of participating countries
* to travel to the United States for tourism or business for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa. Travelers must have a valid
Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval prior to travel and meet all requirements explained on the website – click on the link above for more information. If you prefer to have a visa in your passport, you may still apply for a visitor (B) visa.
WHAT TO WEAR AND THE WEATHER
Attire for the ISHLT Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions is business casual. The average daytime high temperature in Boston in April is 57°F (14°C); the average low temperature is 41°F (5°C). Because meeting room temperatures sometimes fluctuate, we recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket.
