Registration

What does the "complimentary membership offer" mean?

If you are not currently a member of ISHLT and register for the meeting prior to March 2, your registration fee will include complimentary membership into the Society for the remainder of 2012. You will be required to complete a complimentary membership application (which will be emailed to you) in order to activate your membership. Membership will include a subscription to the online Journal for Heart and Lung Transplantation as well as the printed version (which you will begin receiving approximately one month after your membership is processed). Declining the membership offer will not result in a reduction of the non-member registration fee. Visit Membership for more information on the benefits of becoming a member of the ISHLT!

Oops! I accidentally registered for the wrong meeting. What should I do?

Just call our headquarters office: 972-490-9495. We will work with you to register you for the correct meeting.

Is it too late to order boxed lunches? Even if I already registered for the meeting?

No, it is not too late!

If you have NOT registered: you may order boxed lunches during the registration process. If you are registering Online, when you get to the Payment Information page, click on "Add/Edit events for [name]'s registration" which is located to the right of the "Registered Events" description and follow the instructions. If you are registering using the ISHLT Official Registration Form, check the boxes for the lunches you wish to order, and include payment in the total registration fee.

If you HAVE registered: use the ISHLT Official Registration Form. Fill out your Last/First Name, Institution, and Email address (we have the rest of the information on file). Check the boxes for the lunches you wish to order, and include payment (credit card via fax, or check via postal mail).

Does my registration fee include a ticket to the gala? And what if I want to order an extra one?

Yes. Registration includes one ticket to the gala. Follow the instructions above for ordering boxed lunches to order extra gala tickets.
